To simplify things, especially for you, you can issue and assign tickets in bulk and let recipients handle their own distribution and personalisation of the tickets. For example, you can send tickets to a service provider for their team, allowing them to manage it all with minimal fuss. This reduces your workload, especially when dealing with last-minute changes.

In the guest list management, you can easily search for, modify, or even block tickets, if needed. Or you can monitor the check-in status to find out, for example, if a specific person has already arrived on location.

For larger productions or events, we offer specialised devices equipped with battery extensions, ensuring they last through an entire shift without a hitch. If needed, we also provide pre-event admission planning support and on-site assistance, including a helpdesk for your guests.

Setting up the scanners is quick and easy using a QR code, which can be either downloaded from the event backend or emailed directly to the check-in team - no need to share access credentials.

Devices synchronise online, but rest assured, check-ins will continue even if the network goes down. Once connectivity is restored, devices automatically update to the latest status.

For personalised tickets, the name verification happens directly on the scanner, so displaying updated personal details (if permitted) is hassle-free, even for phyiscal tickets such as fantix.

Our integrated statistics offer insights into the overall check-in progress and also for individual check-in devices, making the tedious process of counting tickets against wristbands a thing of the past.

Plus, you can enable or disable check-in access for specific ticket categories directly in the app, ensuring, for example, that VIP tickets can only be scanned on certain devices.
